Our family business has a long tradition of almost 100 years in the area. Our grandparents built this mill in 1920 and we rescued it from ruin in the 80s.
Salaverri is a nickname with which we met our grandfather and the mill, the third generation we proudly carry this nickname very recognized in the area of the Ribera del Duero.
